Deposit Use and Replenishment

If Residerly applies the $900 returnable deposit balance to damage, incident costs, unpaid property charges, or other property-related issues, that used amount is not returned to the member. Before the member can book or rent again through Residerly, the member must replenish the deposit balance back to $900 on file.

If the $900 returnable balance is not used during the year, it is returned to the member at the 12-month anniversary if there are no outstanding issues. If a member chooses to leave or cancel their membership, the same $900 returnable balance is returned when there are no outstanding issues. The $100 processing portion is never returned.

Deposit deductions may be based on property reports, cleaning reports, maintenance reports, hotel partner reports, apartment community reports, photos, invoices, incident records, or other documentation. Members may contact Residerly to request review of a deposit issue.
