MMS Messaging Policy
MMS includes picture, video, audio, document, or other media messages sent to or from Residerly numbers. MMS may be used only for Residerly service and operational purposes.
Permitted MMS uses
Residerly may use MMS for unit condition, maintenance, cleaning, incident documentation, partner inventory media, room media, unit media, amenity media, verification support when requested through approved channels, booking support, stay support, check-in support, check-out support, and urgent support documentation when appropriate.
Consent, STOP, and HELP
MMS consent follows the same consent and opt-out rules as SMS. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of MMS or SMS does not stop required service notices by email, portal, phone, or other permitted channels.
Prohibited MMS content
Do not send payment card numbers, bank passwords, account passwords, Social Security numbers, unrelated medical records, unlawful content, harassing content, explicit content, or content unrelated to Residerly service. Residerly may restrict, delete, or escalate prohibited content.
Storage and retention
MMS media may be stored in Residerly media storage or attached to member, booking, support, partner, vendor, or incident records. Retention depends on support needs, dispute status, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, and operational requirements.
