This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we retain it, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

We collect account and contact information such as name, email, phone, and portal session data. We collect verification information such as government ID files, identity status, bank verification results, self-reported credit review status, background-check status, and age confirmation.

We also collect booking and stay information, payment metadata, partner and vendor records, affiliate records, enterprise records, communications data, device data, browser data, IP data, cookie data, security data, analytics data, and system logs. Residerly does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to operate the platform, verify applicants, process payments, manage deposits, match members to inventory, support bookings and stays, onboard partners and vendors, manage affiliates, provide support, route work to the correct Residerly agent, prevent fraud, protect safety, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

Cookies and tracking
