Affiliate Payout Policy

Approved affiliates earn $1,000 for each referred member who signs up, pays the annual membership, and has that payment confirmed by Residerly. The payout is funded from the annual membership. There is no recurring commission or percentage split. Qualified payouts are scheduled after payment clearance and required affiliate review. Monthly membership payments are not commissionable.

Affiliate payouts may be withheld, reversed, or denied for fraud, duplicate leads, self-referrals, chargebacks, disputed payments, policy violations, invalid tax or payout information, or leads that do not become paid members. Affiliates are responsible for required tax forms and accurate payout information.
