Stay Rules

Approved pets add $250/month and remain subject to apartment community or hotel rules. Parking can be requested but is not guaranteed. Move-out cleaning is handled by Residerly and is not charged separately to the member. Optional weekly housekeeping is $150/week when available.

Apartments bill on a monthly tier; hotels can be booked from one night. If a member wants to transfer to a different unit or extend a stay, a $997 transfer-or-extend fee applies on top of monthly tier pricing. The fee drops off once the transfer or extension is complete, and the member returns to the regular monthly payment unless another approved fee applies.
