Stay Rules

Approved pets add $250/month and remain subject to apartment community or hotel rules. Parking can be requested but is not guaranteed. Optional housekeeping is available only when confirmed for the selected living place and accepted by the member.

Apartments and residences use the monthly membership amount; hotels can be booked from one night. A standard extension does not add a separate extension charge. If a member chooses an early transfer to another living place, a one-time $997 cleaning fee applies.
