What a stay costs
The nightly rate the host sets, a departure cleaning ($250 for a place, $100 for a vehicle), a guest services fee of 10 percent, and tax calculated by the location of the place. Add-ons you choose show as their own line. You pay nothing to join.

What the host keeps
Of the lodging on a stay, the host keeps 80 percent and Residerly keeps 20 percent. That is the whole arrangement. When the host does the departure cleaning, the cleaning payment goes to the host instead of to a cleaning company.
Payouts reach the bank account on file once a stay is under way, with no amount held back beyond what is shown here.

For restaurants
HostyFlow, your restaurant's own reservation system, is $99 a month, paid by the owner or manager, with everything included: reservations, the floor chart, staff, manager alerts and an optional $20 no-show hold you turn on. Residerly takes 0 percent of your checks and charges no per-cover fee.

- Is there a fee to join?
- No. There is no joining fee, no monthly charge, and no yearly charge. You are billed when you book a stay, and only then.
- Why is there no total in the table?
- Tax is set by the city or the state the place sits in, so the total changes with the address. Your own total is calculated for that address and shown in full at checkout before you pay.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Lodging, cleaning and tax are refundable until 48 hours before 3 PM check-in. Inside that window 10 percent of lodging is held back, and up to $20 of it goes to the host for holding the dates. The guest services fee is not refundable.
