AI-Assisted Service Policy

Residerly is an AI-assisted furnished living platform. AI-assisted agents may help receive calls, route emails, summarize communications, classify requests, create tickets, assist applications, support verification workflows, match members to inventory, coordinate partner onboarding, and prepare follow-up.

Where AI may be used

AI may be used for phone and voice support, email routing, SMS and MMS support routing, portal support, application assistance, verification workflow assistance, booking and inventory matching, partner intake, hotel intake, apartment community intake, affiliate intake, vendor intake, billing support, refund routing, deposit workflow support, quality monitoring, summarization, and operational alerts.

Human review and escalation

AI does not replace human review for legal issues, safety concerns, disputed charges, final rejection decisions, deposit disputes, account lockouts, escalations, compliance reviews, or decisions requiring operator approval. Users can request human review by contacting team@residerly.com.

AI limitations

AI-assisted agents may use Residerly-approved records, communications, application information, verification status, booking details, partner records, policies, and support history to perform assigned tasks. Sensitive data access is restricted based on workflow and role.
