Membership and Deposit

Residerly applicants pay in stages so the cost lines up with the value delivered. Today: $1,000 yearly membership, with the card saved on file. After verification approval: $1,000 security deposit is processed automatically — $900 is returnable after 12 months, or when the member cancels, if there are no outstanding issues. The $100 processing portion is not returnable. At booking confirmation: the first month tier fee is processed automatically — Prime $2,000, Plus $4,000, or Premium $8,000. After that, the tier fee is monthly. No discounts or price concessions are offered.

Membership gives approved members access to Residerly furnished living inventory, partner hotel access where available, booking workflows, service requests, verification, and account services. Monthly pricing depends on tier and approved inventory. Additional fees may apply for pets, optional weekly housekeeping, transfers or extensions ($997 flat), confirmed upgrades, damages, incident costs, unpaid property charges, or other approved charges.
