Communications Data Policy
Residerly stores communication metadata such as sender, recipient, timestamp, subject, routing agent, support status, call summaries, transcripts when available, and related member or partner records. We use this data to operate the service, route requests to the correct Residerly agent, prevent fraud, support members and partners, satisfy legal and accounting requirements, and improve service quality.
Data categories
Communications data may include email headers, email body text, phone call metadata, call summaries, transcripts, SMS text, MMS media, support notes, portal messages, agent actions, event logs, routing decisions, and status updates. Access is limited to authorized systems, Residerly operators, and service providers needed to operate the platform.
Cookies and similar technologies
Residerly may use cookies and similar technologies to support account sessions, portal access, fraud prevention, payment flows, verification flows, analytics, diagnostics, and security. Users may control cookies through browser settings, but disabling required cookies can break account, payment, verification, and support workflows.
Sharing and retention
Residerly may share communications data with service providers that support hosting, storage, payment, identity verification, bank verification, background screening, email delivery, telecom, analytics, security, and customer support. We do not sell communications data. Retention depends on service relationship, dispute status, legal obligations, tax and accounting requirements, security, fraud prevention, and operational needs.
