SMS Text Messaging Policy

Residerly may send SMS messages related to furnished living membership, account access, applications, verification, bookings, billing, partner onboarding, vendor coordination, stay support, security, and urgent operational follow-up. Messages are sent by or on behalf of Residerly.

Consent

By providing a phone number and choosing to receive text messages, a person consents to receive SMS messages from Residerly at that number. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase. If a phone number is provided by an enterprise, partner, vendor, or affiliate contact, that contact represents that they are authorized to use the number for business communications.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on account activity, support needs, application status, booking actions, verification status, billing status, and partner or vendor workflows. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After STOP, Residerly may send one confirmation message. Recipients can reply HELP for help or email team@residerly.com. Opting out of SMS does not stop required email, portal, legal, billing, or account notices sent through other permitted channels.

Data sharing and retention

Residerly does not sell SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS message content. SMS information is not shared with third parties for their marketing. Residerly may share SMS-related data with service providers needed to deliver messages, prevent fraud, support the account, comply with law, or operate the platform. SMS metadata and message content may be retained for support, audit, security, billing, legal, and compliance purposes.
