What does membership cost?
Residerly is $3,000 for the annual membership plus $3,000 per month. Residerly Plus is $5,000 for the annual membership plus $5,000 per month.
What is the difference between Residerly and Residerly Plus?
Both memberships include residential access, available hotel inventory, the same application process, and booking requests up to 30 days ahead. Residerly Plus adds access to a broader luxury residence network. Floor plans, amenities, and other physical details are confirmed for each listing rather than guaranteed by membership.
Is the annual membership a refundable deposit?
No. It is the annual cost of membership. Residerly does not describe it as a refundable security deposit.
Are utilities included?
Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included where they are confirmed for the selected living place. The active listing and booking details are the source of truth for property-specific inclusions.

What verification is required?
Applicants must be at least 18, provide a government-issued ID, complete identity and background review, consent to a soft credit check, and complete consented account-deposit income confirmation before booking.
Does the credit check affect my score?
No. Residerly uses a soft credit check, which does not affect your credit score.
Do I need W-2s or paystubs?
Residerly confirms income through consented account-deposit information. Income may come from W-2 employment, commercial activity, self-employment, or another lawful source. Additional review may be requested if the available information is not sufficient.
Can a new visitor talk to Residerly before applying?
Yes. Visitors can use the website concierge for general guidance. Account-specific help requires a member login; new visitors are guided into the application process when they are ready.
Living places
How search, availability, and property details work.
Can I search before I apply?
Yes. Public search shows available network inventory. Booking and account-specific actions happen after application and verification.
Do both memberships include hotels?
Yes. Available hotel inventory can be offered through both Residerly and Residerly Plus. Plus is distinguished by access to a broader luxury residence network.
How far ahead can I book?
Booking requests can be made up to 30 days ahead for both memberships.
Are floor plans, amenities, or TV sizes guaranteed?
No. Membership does not guarantee a particular floor-plan size, amenity, or television size. Confirmed details for the selected living place appear on its active listing and booking information.
Is parking guaranteed?
No. Parking may be requested, but availability and terms depend on the apartment community or hotel and must be confirmed for the selected living place.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be requested during application. Approval, availability, and any applicable terms depend on the selected apartment community or hotel.
Stays & transfers
What happens after a residence is selected.
What happens after my stay is confirmed?
Residerly provides the confirmed arrival information available for the living place. Digital access is supplied when the selected property supports it; property-specific instructions remain the source of truth.
Can I move to another city or living place?
You can request an early transfer to another available living place in your membership network. A one-time $997 cleaning fee applies.
How do members get help?
Members sign in and talk to Residerly through the website concierge for account, stay, booking, transfer, and support needs. The concierge can use the member’s authorized account context to route or resolve the request.
Who supplies and services the living places?
Residerly works with apartment communities, multifamily operators, hotels, and qualified service vendors. Supply is not presented as one-off personal listings.
