FAQ

Answers before you apply.

Residerly is a private furnished living network across apartment communities and partner hotels. These are the questions applicants, members, enterprise teams, and partners usually need answered first.

What does Residerly provide?

Residerly provides access to furnished living spaces in apartment communities, plus partner hotel coverage for approved cases. Members choose a place, move in, stay longer, or move to another Residerly property when plans change.

How does billing work?

Members pay monthly at their membership level — $2,000 for Prime, $4,000 for Plus, $8,000 for Premium. Apartments bill on a monthly cycle. Hotels can be booked from one night.

What if it’s not a fit?

Tell us. We’ll move you, fix it, or you cancel. Your call.

What if I want to leave?

Within the first 24 hours of signing up, the membership refunds in full. After that, your billing follows the membership terms shown during checkout.

What happens after my stay is confirmed?

Once a stay is confirmed, Residerly gives you the arrival details you need before move-in.

What if the place is not a fit?

Contact Residerly through the portal. If the fit is wrong, we can help look for another place or transfer you for $997 in addition to membership.

What happens if I want to transfer or extend?

You can request a transfer or extension through Residerly. Extensions and transfers are $997 in addition to your monthly membership.

Do I pay a cleaning fee when I leave?

No. There is no separate member cleaning fee when you leave. Residerly handles turnover cleaning through vendor operations.

Can I add weekly cleaning?

Yes. Applicants can request weekly housekeeping for $150/week during the stay. Residerly can route that through cleaning partners such as May Cleaning Service where available. That is separate from move-out cleaning, which remains included and not charged separately to the member.

Are pets allowed?

Pets can be requested during application. Approved pets add $250/month, subject to building or hotel rules.

Is parking guaranteed?

No. Parking can be requested, but availability depends on the apartment community or hotel partner and is not guaranteed.

What does membership cost?

The lead membership offer is annual membership plus $2,000/month Prime access. Plus and Premium pricing are listed on the pricing page.

What do I pay, and when?

You pay $1,000 today to start your membership. Your card is saved on file. After your verification is approved, the $1,000 security deposit is processed automatically. When you confirm your first place, your first month of membership is processed (Prime $2,000 / Plus $4,000 / Premium $8,000). After that, membership is monthly. A 700+ self-reported credit score is preferred, but it does not remove the deposit.

What happens to my $900 deposit balance?

If the $900 returnable balance is not used during the year, it is returned to you at the 12-month anniversary in good standing. If part of it covers a documented incident, you must replenish the balance back to $900 before booking again. If you cancel or leave the membership, the same $900 is returned per the same schedule once the account remains in good standing. The $100 processing portion is never returned.

What if I want to change units or stay longer?

You can transfer to a different unit or extend your stay for $997 in addition to your monthly membership.

What verification is required?

Regular applicants must be 18 or older, upload a government-issued ID with the application, pay the required upfront amount, complete Residerly identity and bank verification, consent to a background check, and provide self-reported credit before booking. Enterprise account contacts also upload a government-issued ID before account setup continues.

Do you require W-2s or paystubs?

No. Residerly keeps monthly income on the application as a planning signal, but qualification is based on Residerly bank verification. The target balance is tied to the selected tier: $5,000 for Prime, $10,000 for Plus, and $20,000 for Premium.

Can I search inventory before I apply?

Yes. The public map shows network coverage and searchable inventory. Booking actions happen in the member account after application and verification.

Who supplies the living spaces?

Residerly works with apartment complexes, multifamily operators, and hotels. We do not position supply as one-off personal listings.

Who services the units?

Residerly works with cleaning and turnover vendors by city. Cleaning companies can apply through the cleaning vendor page.

How do enterprise teams start?

Enterprise coordinators submit the enterprise form, upload a government-issued ID for the account contact, and receive follow-up from Residerly for account setup and billing terms.

Who do I contact?

Public contact goes to team@residerly.com. Members should use the portal for stay-specific questions.
