Network coverage — your building is part of a national platform
Demand we already have.
Members apply, pay the required upfront amount, upload government ID, consent to background checks, complete Residerly bank verification, and provide credit information before they ever see your building. Pre-qualified pipeline, not lead-gen.
No concessions.
Members pay full rate. Tier fees are billed by us, on top of rent. We do not ask for reduced rent to fill your inventory.
Smart-lock access from day one.
RemoteLock-compatible. Codes auto-issued per booking. Cleaners, maintenance, and members each get scoped access. No keys, no concierge bottleneck.
You stay in control.
You set the units, the lease terms, the rate floor. We never sublet, never short-term, never sneak past your house rules.
Behavior visibility.
Every resident's stay history, building feedback, and incident log lives on the platform. Issues are flagged before they reach your office.
National marketing.
Your building gets surfaced to members searching for two-bedrooms, three-bedrooms, and penthouses anywhere in the network. Your inventory becomes our supply.
1. Initial sync (15 min).
You tell us how many units you'd like to put into the program, the building type, the rate floor.
2. Photos + amenities.
We send a photographer, document the unit + amenities, sync into the Residerly platform with maps + floor plans.
3. Lock setup.
If you're already on RemoteLock, we connect via API. If not, we'll guide you through setup — typically 1 hour per building.
4. First resident in 14 days.
Your first member moves in. We handle billing, vetting, mail, check-in coordination, and member account operations. You handle what you already handle.
Turnovers need assigned crews.
Every move-out creates cleaning, inspection, restock, linen, and access-reset tasks so the next resident can arrive cleanly.
Vendors are routed by city.
Cleaning companies are tracked by coverage market, service capability, cost, and proof requirements inside the operator workflow.
Cleaning companies apply separately.
Crews and turnover vendors should use the cleaning vendor path so they do not enter the apartment/hotel partner funnel.
