Application and Verification

Applicants must be 18 or older, submit the application, provide a government-issued ID, consent to identity and background review, complete a soft credit check, and complete consented account-deposit income confirmation before booking.

Verification and screening records are tied to the member record. Income may come from W-2 employment, commercial activity, self-employment, or another lawful source. Residerly may reject, pause, request more information, or escalate an application if required information is missing, inconsistent, fraudulent, unsafe, or unavailable.
