Application and Verification

Applicants must be 18 or older, submit the application, pay the required upfront amount, complete Stripe identity verification, complete Stripe bank verification, consent to background checks, and provide self-reported credit for review. No W-2s or paystubs are required.

Verification and screening records are tied to the member record. Verification may include identity, age, bank balance or bank information review, self-reported credit review, background check consent, and manual review where needed. Residerly may reject, pause, request more information, or escalate an application if required information is missing, inconsistent, fraudulent, unsafe, or unavailable.
