Privacy Policy

Application and verification
Applicants must be 18 or older, upload a government-issued ID with the application, consent to background checks, complete soft credit review, and connect Plaid for bank-history review. No W-2s or paystubs are required.
Membership and deposit
Everyone pays $2,000 upfront: $1,000 yearly membership plus a $1,000 security deposit. If there are no issues, $900 is returned and $100 is retained for processing.
Terms of Service: deposit use and replenishment
If Residerly applies the $900 returnable deposit balance to damage, incident costs, unpaid property charges, or other property-related issues, that used amount is not returned to the member. Before the member can book or rent again through Residerly, the member must replenish the deposit balance back to $900 on file.
Pets
Approved pets add $250/month and remain subject to apartment community or hotel rules.
Parking
Parking can be requested but is not guaranteed. Availability depends on the apartment community or hotel partner.
Cleaning
Move-out cleaning is handled by Residerly and is not charged separately to the member. Optional weekly housekeeping is $150/week when available.
