Verification includes Plaid bank history, background-check consent, soft credit-score review, and the required $1,000 security deposit.
Your profile, tier, city, move date, stay length, optional weekly housekeeping, and household needs are stored on your member record.
After submission, continue to Plaid bank history, background, and soft credit review tied to your member ID.
Everyone pays $2,000 upfront: $1,000 yearly membership plus a $1,000 security deposit. If there are no issues, $900 is returned and $100 is retained for processing.
